The SCP Foundation has had a notable influence on gaming, though outside of Control, it hasn't received the big-budget treatment it deserves. This is a pity, as the world of the SCP Foundation is a rich one filled with strange anomalies that are as horrifying as they are interesting. A game exploring the fictional organization needn't explore its entire history, as some SCPs are creative enough to carry entire games on their own.

The amount of creativity displayed on the site has inspired several novels, short films, and even a couple of video games. The most popular example is Remedy Entertainment's Control, where players encounter anomalous entities and the reports on these are written in the same style as the reports found on the SCP Foundation site. SCP- Containment Breach, released in 2012, is also very popular and features a few iconic SCPs.
Hopefully, gamers have not seen the last of the SCP Foundation's influence on gaming, as the fictional universe has a cornucopia of ideas worthy of being explored further. Of the hundreds of SCPs that have been created over the years, many are creative and complex enough to carry entire games on their own, if given the chance. In the hands of the right developers, they would become some of the most iconic villains in gaming.
--=SCP: anomaly breach=-- is a Roblox recreation of the game SCP Containment Breach. It features multiplayer, game modes and does not crash unlike the original SCP - Containment Breach. Both games are based on the SCP Foundation Website. Players can play as SCP-173, Class-D, Security Guards, Nine Tailed Fox, Mobile Task Force, Chaos Insurgency and Researchers. Some say SCP: Secret Laboratory is really just a chat room with a game attached. For many long-time fans of the game, the chat feature is why the game is so memorable. Like many other classic games, SCP is a game you tell crazy stories about to your friends, but at first glance it doesn't look very interesting.The SCP: Secret Laboratory Patreon is where much of the content is posted, and this half-decade-old game is still getting updates! The game mechanics pale in comparison to AAA FPS modern games, but the communities that have formed around the game are irreplaceable. With the unique friends, strangers, and online communities surrounding this game, you can have endless fun in SCP: Secret Lab.
With the open sandbox of SCP: Secret Lab, you may be overwhelmed and not know how to proceed with your first attempts. If you have seen or played the original SCP games, your biggest goal (as a scientist or a Class D) is to escape from the facility by any means necessary.

SCP: Secret Laboratory is one of the various SCP (Secure, Contain, and Protect) games based around the security of alien creatures with mind-boggling abilities.
